The PointWatch Eclipse PIRECL is a line-of-sight infrared gas detector that continuously monitors for flammable hydrocarbon gases across open areas. It uses dual-wavelength infrared to differentiate between gas and background interference. The heated optics and automatic oi test make it reliable in harsh outdoor or industrial environments. It's commonly chosen for fixed open-path detection in oil & gas facilities.
